- For those who have lost loved ones, especially for orphans who have lost their parents in the earthquake.
- For Christians to stand strong in prayer and proclaiming the goodness of God in the midst of overwhelming grief and suffering.
- For the MercyWorks teams going to Haiti to assist with the relief and development efforts.
- For opportunity and resources to help the people who had so little to begin with, and who have lost what little they had.
- For coordination with various governments who want to respond and for infrastructure development to make the response timely.
- For government channels to open, so humanitarian aid can flow freely into the nation.
- For finances and volunteers necessary for YWAM Haiti and MercyWorks to have the necessary resources to be a blessing to those most in need.
- For God’s love and power to be evident within the rebuilding of Haiti.
